- Complaints
- If you feel that an episode, article or element of the ACTFur podcast breaches a personal, professional or legal issue than please send your complaint, in writing to the ACTFur e-mail address. ACTFur takes no responsibility for any insult sustained by any member of the team and reminds you that listening to the Podcast is your own choice. However in the event an issue is breached, we will assess the complaint, and if deemed valid, take steps to correct the problem. This includes, but is not withheld to; editing the website, omitting part of an episode or omitting an article. However we take no responsibility for any elements stored or downloaded by a third party prior to the editing\omission.
- Distribution
- ACTFur on air can be redistributed as the express permission of the ACTFur team. An e-mail must be sent to the Podcasts main e-mail address detailing its use and distribution. If accepted, ACTFur takes no responsibility for breaches of local broadcast regulations, infringements or personal insult generated as a result of the re-distribution. If a complaint is made against the re-distributed episode, the ACTFur podcast, or any individuals within the broadcast we ask that you forward the complaint on to us. If it is deemed that the complaint is valid we will require you to remove the episode(s) from re-distribution.
- ACTFur must be named as the creation of any redistributed episodes, and claims full rights to its creation and content unless stated otherwise. The ACTFur website must be hyperlinked or mention in some form alongside the re-distributed episode, and warning must be given in writing that the episode is for mature audiences (as it contains occasional strong language and occasional sexual references).
- Submission of Articles, Audio letters, Segments and Artwork.
- By submission of any of the (above stated) items to the ACTFur podcast you declare that the works are wholly your own (or being submitted by an individual on behalf of a group or company), and do not breach any copyright or local law. If an item contains mention or inclusion of an; article, quote, audio element or image, created by another individual or group you must include the individuals name (and\or group) as well as a hyperlink or relevant contact information. If the item is sourced from another location (such as a book or website) it's source must also be included in the submission as either a comment, quote or a subtext at the end of the article, or in some form of documentation presented with the item (in the case of Audio or Visual items).
- Submissions: Music\Audio
- All audio submissions that use Audio or Music from another source not the creators must keep the submission within Podsafe Audio guidelines. In the case that content is not Podsafe the individual submitting must be willing to cite sources, payment or permission for use upon request.
